Collaboration with Northwestern University
Seonghyun Park, ph.D student, visited Northwestern University (2025.02.03-02.14) to collaborate with Prof. Dieter Isheim, an expert in atom probe tomography (APT). He learned how to prepare APT nanotips, perform APT, and analyze APT data.
