Established in 2016, the Social Welfare Research Institute contributes to the development of community welfare through activities such as academic research on local welfare, hosting seminars and conferences, and publishing sourcebooks. It conducts specialized research on welfare issues and policy matters of local governments, and builds regional infrastructure through the development of policies and programs to resolve local welfare problems and through collaborative partnerships with social welfare-related organizations.

The Social Welfare Research Institute was established in 2016 and contributes to the development of community welfare through activities such as academic research on community welfare, holding seminars and academic conferences, and publishing material books. It conducts specialized research on welfare problems and policy issues of local governments, and builds regional infrastructure through policy and program development and linkage cooperation with social welfare-related organizations to solve local welfare problems.
