◀Specifications: Model 7400D Series, Wedge-Wedge Wire Bonder▶ Wire Bonder의용도는집적회로(IC) 설계에있어서반드시필요한장비로서이번에IDEC 지역센터기금으로도입되었으며그관리를저희연구실에서하기로하였습니다. 응용에있어서는반도체를PCB(기판)에붙일경우수작업으로는하면그에따르는정확도가떨어지고에러발생이우려되므로Wire Bonder를사용하여IC제작을하게됩니다. 이번에들어온Wire Bonder의적절한활용으로연구하는데많은도움이되었으면합니다. |
