Message
Our focus is developing data-driven models for understanding human disease and accelerating the process of drug discovery pipeline. Advanced deep learning algorithms are utilized for this purpose. We are exploring different topics such as cis-regulatory elements, alternative splicing, epigenetics modification, post-trans modification, and proteomics. These tools help in identifying new targets for treatment. On the other hand, traditional discovery pipeline is accelerated using A.I. based models such as drug-target identification, novel molecule generation, ADMET properties prediction, and supporting clinical trials with A.I. models.
