STRATEGIC VISION
Strategic Vision and Growth Roadmap
“A
NEXUS of cooperation where Korea, the Arab world, and the wider world cultivate a shared dream of prosperity —
policy and research in which each learns from the other, and a future in which we grow together.”
policy and research in which each learns from the other, and a future in which we grow together.”
Three Core Tasks
TASK 01
A Knowledge Platform for Korea–Middle East Technology Policy
Regular issue briefs, a comparative database of national technology policies and regulations, and policy research reports — building a trusted knowledge base for the field.
TASK 02
Serving as the NEXUS of the Regional Innovation System (RIS)
Policy research and consulting with Jeonbuk State, the Jeonbuk Business Agency, the Jeonbuk International Cooperation Agency, and Jeonbuk Technopark, supporting the region's strategic industries — defense, next-generation energy, and advanced biohealth — as they reach toward Middle Eastern markets.
TASK 03
International Joint Research and Exchange
International joint research and R&D ODA projects developed with the GCC states, the international research programs of the UK and the EU (Eurostars, Eureka Clusters), and the Korean-Canadian scientists' research network — while cultivating the next generation of Korea–Middle East cooperation talent.
