Education JBNU Medical Library
Of all the libraries at JBNU, the Medical Library, located right next to the lecture halls, was designed and constructed for effective studying and convenience of medical students. The JBNU medical library opened in 1987 on grounds 2,058m2 wide, housing 60,000 books, 500 journals and many more medical references. In addition, all students have free access to electronic journals and new medical information via the multimedia facilities. Currently, there are reading room spaces for 650 students, a computer room for researching the most recent medical issues, and a meeting room for active discussions. In order for students to focus mainly on studying for the Korean Medical License Examination (KMLE) in the best environment possible, we offer 4th year students a separate study space, a computer room and meeting rooms. As a contribution to the community the library is open to all citizens.
