- In PEDAL, We are studying PLASMA, the 4th state of matter, which is widely used in high-tech industries, from basic phenomena to device application with various plasma diagnostics.
- Meaning of PEDAL logo
PEDAL logo embodies the "pedal" of bicycle.
PEDAL needs equal two sides to move bicycle, exactly corresponding to ion (+) and electron (-) composing plasma, students and professor composing lab,
In addition, we are pursuing the basic study of "Plasma" and its application for "Device".
At last, "Lighting" is the well-known nature-born plasma. Based on this philosophy, the logo of PEDAL was created. (by S.Y.Moon)
